Poland
Delivery of orders on the territory of Poland is carried out with the help of a courier company. The cost of delivery is indicated on the product order, as well as the delivery terms. The delivery term may differ from the specified by 1-2 days for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery to EU countries
We deliver to EU countries all products available on the website. Promotions include free delivery, delivery to EU countries is not included. The cost of delivery is specified in the product card. The delivery terms differ from the terms valid in Poland and are from 5 days or more.
Receiving order
When receiving the order, the buyer must inspect the boxes for any damage. If there are any, issue a certificate of damage during transportation by the courier company and inform the store about it, refuse to receive it. We will send another product. If the buyer received damaged goods during transportation, the store is not responsible.
